Virgin non-dyed hair have a few gray strands inside, we usually pick the gray hair out on production, but we DO NOT guarantee 100% no gray hair, please understand, and pick those strand out yourself. So 99.5% of products are no nits and eggs, if there is one bundle we are not able to pick out, we do accept refunding or replacement. The raw hair with nits and eggs is select out before we put it into production. With the right condition and moisture treatment to the hair, it will help a lot.
So split ends are really normal, CANNOT be avoided, especially when hair is longer than 18''! ONLY processed and acid bath hair has no spilled ends at all!
